AWS Workspace Device issue;  Not Authorized Client

I'm using the AWS Workspace client device on Ubuntu. I encountered this issue many times as I don't have a static IP to make the connection.

Thus I need to reassign my client device IP to the AWS IP Access Group each time I restarted my laptop or wifi.

There are 3 possible issues causing this error!

Linux Platform is not Enabled.

For the first time connection, you need to ensure that the device client on Linux is allowed to make the connection.

To do so, you will need to set the Directories -> Update Directory Details -> Access Control Options -> Other platforms

Enable Linux client device to connect with the workspace
**Wait for a few minutes before retrying to connect**

IP Address is not whitelisted

For first time connection you will need to add the ip address which you want to allow accessing aws workspace.

Create IP Access Control Groups.

Add the IP address

Assign it to a group and update the Directory > Update Directory Details > IP Access Control Group(s)  to include the IP address group.

Assign IP access control group to AWS workspace directory
**Wait for a few minutes before retrying to connect**

IP Address changed

For users like me without a static IP yes. will need to update the IP access control group every time service provider assigned new IP (on wifi restart / pc restart)

Thus again go to IP Access Controls > Edit the IP Access Control Group rules

**Wait for a few minutes before retrying to connect**

Unable to connect AWS Workspace

Unable to connect AWS Workspace. Please contact your administrator
If you encountered this issue. Check again the IP Access Group rules settings! Most of the time is due to the external IP Address of the client machine changed.

After resetting the IP Access Group rules.

**Wait for a few minutes before retrying to connect**

I hope this helps, leave out some comment, ill try to help out!

C# Serialization Tutorial Part 1 : Serialize object in file stream

Hello Peeps. Came across this topic while doing our game saving data feature. this post only cover basic serialization. basically serialization help us to convert our object into stream of bytes so that our object can be stored or transmit over in memory/file/database. before we can proceed with the serialization tutorial, we need to set the user permission to our target folder path. 1. Set the folder path to be accessible and can be override. This step is to avoid our program/apps from throwing unauthorizedaccessexception.    - for my scenario, im choosing the path of D:\SelfLearning\c#\Serialization to store my data file. Right click the target folder, select on Security tab Select on Users and give full control or modify permission to the user. 2. Now we are going to write our code. First we need to setup our folder path. 3. We going to create our file.  In this tutorial we are using FileStream type, other then FileStream, we can make use of MemoryStream i
